What is cold cure enamel?
Cold enamelling is a solvent-free material mixed with resin to bring colour, strength, and durability. Slight variations in colour and traces of the artisanal process are part of the art of hand-painted enamel work, making each piece unique. We advise that you remove your jewellery before bathing or swimming, as salt water and humidity can degrade the enamel.

Where should I store my Kitty Joyas?
You need to look after your jewellery to keep it in perfect condition. We advise to keep all your pieces in a safe and dry place when it's not being worn.

RETURNS:
Thank you for shopping with Kitty Joyas. All our products are individually handmade in our London atelier.
We always hope that you are 100% happy with your purchase after opening your package from us. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to return starting from the date indicated on your invoice.
All returned items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that refunds will only be given if you notify the team of the return within 48 hours of receipt due to hygiene reasons.
Due to the nature of our process, you have 48 hours to inform us of a return request and 14 days to make the return. Upon return request, we will give you full details of how to make the return.
For hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned. Bespoke orders are not eligible for return, unless they are confirmed as faulty.
Please note that returns are your responsibility until they reach us so we suggest you retain proof of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights. Payment will be taken at the time of or shortly after you submit your order and in advance of shipping.

- Please send your completed return form back, along with your unworn and undamaged item(s) to the following address: Kitty Joyas, 59 Make Space Studios, South Bank, SE1 7DR London (We recommend sending by recorded delivery)
- Once we have received and checked the return, refunds will be credited to the original credit card used upon order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Kindly allow 72 hours for the refund to be processed, but during busy periods this can be slightly delayed.
