If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@kittyjoyas.com. We will be happy to arrange an exchange.

Eligibility

Ready-to-wear items may be exchanged if returned in their original condition. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are non-refundable, unless confirmed as faulty. Please note that resizing requirements do not constitute a fault, however we are happy to assist with resizing where possible.

Returns Process

Returns must be approved via email prior to sending. Items should be returned promptly and in their original condition.

We recommend using a tracked or signed service, as items remain the client’s responsibility until safely received.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing (this may be slightly longer during busy periods). Shipping costs are non-refundable. For international returns, any duties or taxes incurred are non-refundable.
