 This item is made to order, please allow two-three weeks for your piece to be complete. 

A handmade paperclip chain with a meaningful central pendant. The solar style replicates the warmth halo of the sun and is inspired by Kitty's time spent in Barcelona. If's off circular design is in harmony with the hand forged paperclip chain that is  finished with a chunky S shape link that allows you to adjust the necklace to your desired length. With the option to have peridot, amethyst, aquamarine or citrine the necklace offers a simple pop of colour for the everyday. Made to order, using recycled sterling silver, each piece is individually handmade in our South London studio using our Bronze Age hammer technique, taking 12 hours to create from scratch. Packed full of personality, each link is slightly different to it's neighbour, blending artisanal craftsmanship with our go-to textured finish.

Material: Recycled sterling silver with peridot, aquamarine, citrine or amethyst
Dimensions: Each link is approximately 10mm x 4mm wide x 1mm thick, central pendant, length 18inches which is adjustable.
Weight: 12.71 grams.

Gemstones: Hand picked for their enchanting natural inclusions and interesting facets, each gemstone is bought from the Fair Trade Gem suppliers who source from fully traceable and responsibly managed mines. Each one will have slight variations in colour and inclusions making each piece totally unique. Prices may vary depending on the size, quality, cut of stone requested.

What is Sterling Silver? 
Sterling silver 925 is a pure metal that protects the skin. We use recycled metals.

What is 14ct Yellow Gold? 

14ct yellow gold is composed of 58.3% gold and 41.7% alloy (silver & copper). It has a beautiful yellow hue and has a perfect balance of durability, affordability and appearance.

What is Gold Vermeil? 
Sterling silver with a layer of 18ct. yellow gold plate. For long lasting durability our gold vermeil pieces have 3 microns of plating.

Can I bathe in my jewellery?
To ensure longevity, we advise to keep your pieces out of water, including swimming, showering & physical exercise.

If your jewellery needs refreshing / re-plating within one year we can do this with no extra charge.
   
Can I get my piece refreshed if it tarnishes over time?

What is cold cure enamel? 
Cold enamelling is a solvent-free material mixed with resin to bring colour, strength, and durability. Slight variations in colour and traces of the artisanal process are part of the art of hand-painted enamel work, making each piece unique. We advise that you remove your jewellery before bathing or swimming, as salt water and humidity can degrade the enamel.

Where should I store my Kitty Joyas?
You need to look after your jewellery to keep it in perfect condition. We advise to keep all your pieces in a safe and dry place when it's not being worn.
