Kitty, a London based designer/maker started her jewellery journey at seven years old, selling self-made shell bracelets along the beaches in Wales during a family holiday. Pursuing her life-long connection with the craft, in 2018 she joined a jewellery school in the heart of Barcelona. Due to the Catalan language barrier, she learnt how to make her first pair of gold hoops entirely through sight, watching and repeating the ways of Spanish artisans. This silent learning gave Kitty the freedom to interpret and develop her own style of making - a foundational blueprint to the organic, handmade silhouettes and finishes that have become synonymous with her pieces today. It was whilst living in Barcelona, that Kitty founded Kitty Joyas [Joyas, jewellery in spanish] Returning back to London in 2019, Kitty went on to complete a post-masters degree in Jewellery and Silversmithing and a gemology qualification from Gem-A.
“The way I have learnt the craft means I’m a lot more free with my tools; I’m less meticulous with measurements and allow the metals to form more naturally. That’s what gives pieces the Kitty Joyas aesthetic”
Kitty Fuller, Founder & Designer
Today Kitty operates out of her London studio with a small team. Kitty holds meaningful connections at the heart of her business, be that through the intimate relationships that she personally forms with each customer and bespoke client, or through the direct communication and trust that she shares with her local suppliers.
About Us
Kitty Joyas is a British Jewellery brand, founded by Kitty Fuller in 2018. Creating pieces that intend to bring joy, Kitty's designs combine her favourite styles and influences; organic, natural forms, romantic charm and a soulful bohemian spirit.
The brand’s collections bring to life the essence of Kitty’s sketch book; jewellery with no rules, with timeless creations that truly transcend trends and honour the spirit of its wearer. From everyday designs and playful pieces, to sentimental styles and modern-day heirlooms, Kitty Joyas jewellery intrigues the soul, captivates the senses, and celebrates individuality.
Synonymous with fluid forms and textured, organic finishes, each piece of jewellery is handmade in the brand's London studio. Consciously made with artisanal craftsmanship and considered, lower-impact production practices, Kitty Joyas pieces use recycled metals and fairmined gold plating, as well as the finest fair-trade, natural gemstones. The brand offers ready-to-shop and bespoke pieces, as well as repurposing and after care services - further cementing Kitty’s commitment to responsible production and circular design.

At the very heart of Kitty Joyas is the celebration of local craftsmanship and a circular mindset.
We only work with recycled metal from the UK, provided by suppliers that have certification of their product’s traceability. All our gold plating is fairmined which means that the gold was mined by certified small-scale mining organisations embracing responsible social & environmental practices. Instead of using large factories around the world to produce our jewellery, we can get our pieces cast, polished and engraved by family-run businesses just a 20 minute cycle away from our studio. Supporting British trade, and building meaningful relationships with our suppliers is something we are incredibly proud of.
We focus heavily on minimising as much waste as possible within our production. By creating our pieces in limited runs or as made-to-order designs, we reduce the risk of over-production completely. In addition to this, all excess metal from the design process is collected, and melted back down before being re-imagined into new creations. We find a use for everything, making sure that every last bit of material is treasured.
At Kitty Joyas, we do everything we can to reduce our impact on the environment. In an industry where sustainable methods are rarely 100% practised throughout, we work hard to challenge the status-quo on how our jewellery is produced. As a business, we are continuously evolving, and aim to reduce our impact more and more in the future.
