Embodying the ultimate romantic sentiment, the mi amor earrings feature round natural diamonds set in 14ct hammered gold paired with our charming hand forged hearts. Effortlessly chic and easy to wear, the earrings aim to celebrate personality and bring joy to the wearer. Thoughtfully created to transition from day-to-night & designed to be loved for a lifetime. 

Each earring silhouette is handcrafted from a combination of wax, sheet and wire before being cast locally in Hatton Garden into solid 14ct yellow gold. The diamonds are then hand set by our stone setter, before being polished up and finessed in Kitty's South London studio. The piece is also available with rubies or pink sapphire.

Materials: 14ct yellow gold & natural diamond

Gemstones: Hand picked for their enchanting natural inclusions and interesting facets, each gemstone is bought from the Fair Trade Gem suppliers who source from fully traceable and responsibly managed mines. Each one will have slight variations in colour and inclusions making each piece totally unique. Prices may vary depending on the size, quality, cut of stone requested.

Dimensions: From the top of the stone to the bottom of the heart (16mm), round diamonds (5mm wide & 0.5cts each), weight in 14ct gold (4.4 grams per earring)

What is Sterling Silver? 
Sterling silver 925 is a pure metal that protects the skin. We use recycled metals.

What is 14ct Yellow Gold? 

14ct yellow gold is composed of 58.3% gold and 41.7% alloy (silver & copper). It has a beautiful yellow hue and has a perfect balance of durability, affordability and appearance.

What is Gold Vermeil? 
Sterling silver with a layer of 18ct. yellow gold plate. For long lasting durability our gold vermeil pieces have 3 microns of plating.

If your jewellery needs refreshing / re-plating within one year we can do this with no extra charge.
   
Can I get my piece refreshed if it tarnishes over time?

What is cold cure enamel? 
Cold enamelling is a solvent-free material mixed with resin to bring colour, strength, and durability. Slight variations in colour and traces of the artisanal process are part of the art of hand-painted enamel work, making each piece unique. We advise that you remove your jewellery before bathing or swimming, as salt water and humidity can degrade the enamel.

Where should I store my Kitty Joyas?
You need to look after your jewellery to keep it in perfect condition. We advise to keep all your pieces in a safe and dry place when it's not being worn.
